Hotel Florida - Sorrento

The Friday pizza night in the lemon garden was a highlight.

The lack of a proper courtesy room for changing after checkout was disappointing.

Oh la la, that Friday pizza night in the lemon garden was pure magic-tasty slices under the stars! Add in Nana's scratch-made delights at the restaurant, and my taste buds were dancing. The comfy pool area was another gem for relaxation!

Attentive and knowledgeable staff, breakfasts were gorgeous.

Stunning central location close to the main beach in Sorrento during the day, the railway station and the main town centre, and public transport. The staff were more than helpful with requests. There were terrace and it's own balcony in the room, loved that.

Spacious room with decent WiFi as well as the bar. Good service from the attentive, incredibly hospitable staff members.

The triple room was cozy, yet we faced issues with the transfer service.

Extremely helpful friendly staff, even if they were a bit fussy as to where you sat for breakfast! Ideal for us, as 20min walk into Sorrento, which we enjoy. Nice pool, though too busy exploring area to get full benefit of it.Given a room with another room off it, which we really apreciated, as it gave us our own privacy, which was an added bonus.

The friendly staff treated us like family and the pool area was clean and inviting for relaxation. Homemade meals at the restaurant were good.

Despite the cute atmosphere, air conditioning issues disrupted our comfort . The distance to the town center felt longer than expected, made outings a bit challenging.

Impeccably clean hotel, liked to be close to beaches, restaurants and bars, Capri and restaurants thanks to quiet location. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was lovely with croissants and rolls. There were modern, brand-new rooms with a balcony.

Fully equipped great family run hotel in unbeatable and convenient location in a beautiful setting. Gorgeous and great breakfast, airy suite.

Instead of just enjoying the pool, guests should deal with noisy kids jumping in without staff intervention!!! The walk to town is actually a 23-minute trek, not the friendly stroll they promise!!!

Cleanliness was good and beds were comfortable. Lovely pool with mostly adults staying when we were there, so very relaxing around the pool and bar area. The pool was very nice and the family owners very pleasant.

Couple of things that could improve this hotel:- tea and coffee making facilities in room, and a fridge in the room. Also, the air conditioning wasn't working in our room. The cockerel next door needs shooting, and good job we are early risers, as the builders on the site behind the bungalows start work at 7.00 a.m. on weekday mornings.

The hotel offered a lovely atmosphere with great staff. The pool and bar were nice touches, and the breakfast provided a good variety. Amenities could use improvement, as some areas felt less maintained and it was a bit of a walk to the main attractions.

We adored dining under the lemon trees, savoring homemade dishes that were bursting with flavor, especially on pizza night where wood-fired creations stole the show. The pool area was a perfect paradise, perfectly maintained with comfy loungers and a lively atmosphere for relaxation and fun 🍕🍋
